Comments: The work was done sooner than expected with no interruption to my daily life. The crew had to stop because of very heavy rain but returned as soon as conditions were safe and worked until it was too dark to continue. The next morning they were here bright and early, finished the job and cleaned up everything, leaving no sign that they had been here. I am confident that the upcoming hurricane season will be no threat as far as my beautiful new roof is concerned. Mr. Frank is a wise and gentlemanly craftsman who will settle for no less than the best! While buying a new roof was not my first choice, I couldnâ t be happier with the service and the end result.

Comments: Absolutely great job! We needed roof repairs to an out-building/workshop. Frank, the owner, came out the very next day after I called. (several other roofers I called didn't even call back for 2-3 weeks). He walked the roof himself and uncovered lots of hidden damage (wood rot). He took photos and explained how previous repairs after Katrina were not done correctly which led to the problems we had. We decided to replace the entire roof. Frank's quote was very clear and included an upfront price for just replacing the shingles and contingency pricing for replacing damaged plywood sheathing and other lumber if needed. He took photo's every step of the way documenting hidden damage so we could keep a tally on costs. All in all a very professional job from a business with a focus on customer service.

Mr. Frank is patient, will answer all of your questions, and takes the time to explain everything. He said they would start in about two weeks and they started in one. This was a big job that took five days and Mr. Frank was at the job site every day. Each day I got home from work he was there and gave me an update on the progress. The crew cleans up as they go and when they left on the last day my yard was spotless. I had been dreading the whole process of getting estimates, choosing a contractor, and the disruption that goes with a job like this. Still can't believe how smooth it went.
